"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us"

-Ephesians 3:20

We believe that in Jesus Christ, every believer has been given the platform she needs to live out God's purposes and calling in her life. As such, our mission is simple: to encourage and equip women to be who God calls them to be and do what He calls them to do.

When a person truly believes Ephesians 3:20, it changes everything. God is able to do far more abundantly than all we ask or imagine. Not only that, but His power is already at work in us for that purpose! This changes the way we think, pray, and act. It changes the way we see ourselves. It changes the way we see the world. It changes the way we see other people. It changes the way we see our gifts. It changes the way we see God. In short, there is no limit to how God can use each one of us for the glory of His great name.

Platform 320 is a Christian nonprofit ministry leading women to step up to the life they are made for and that Jesus calls them to. With Ephesians 3:20 as our prayer, we serve alongside women through mission partnerships, retreats, training events, and print and online resources.

On a Wednesday night in 2014, at a women's Bible study group in Dallas, this icebreaker question was asked: If there were no financial limits or other obstacles, what would you do in service and ministry to the church? The answers came quickly, with enthusiasm and without hesitation...still, none of those exciting ministries were taking place in the context of that church.

That discussion sparked others, and helped to form the prayers and purpose behind More, a multi-church, interdenominational women's retreat that began in 2015. God has since used that retreat, along with discernible relationships, experiences, and opportunities to launch Platform 320. We value your prayers as we continue to seek His leadership in all our endeavors.
